Featured on this recital will be new compositions for bassoon by Jess Hendricks, Steven Moellering and Justin Henry Rubin. Also, new compositions by Theodor Burkhali and Libby Larsen will be featured.

Soup and Sandwich, a unique ensemble conceived by Rubin and Campbell, present Baroque through Modern music. Due to the unusual nature of the duo and the paltry native repertory for the instrumentation, many duet pieces are their own arrangements.
